How long until I see results?
Everyone is different. Usually, I say give yourself at least three weeks to truly notice the change. In the end, I will get you to your goal as quickly as possible without cutting corners with an approach that will backfire later on. 
What do you mean by sustainable results?
There is a difference between helping someone survive a situation where they might drown and teaching someone how to swim to the shore. In the quest for wellness and peak performance, there is a set of strategies that will help you look, feel, and perform your best on one occasion or for weeks at a time. Without ingrained mindsets and habits, such individuals are vulnerable to relapsing and getting back to where they started or worse over months and years. That’s not the point. My promise is that I will not stop working with you until we mutually believe you have the tools to swim across the shore in turbulent waters, metaphorically speaking. 
What is the goal of the program?
My goal is to achieve a performance or wellness outcome that you would feel very proud of achieving (i.e. qualify for Boston Marathon) or would bring you the energy and vitality to be successful in all areas of life that are important to you (i.e. lose 15 pounds of fat and earn that work promotion). Most importantly, I train the physical traits, mindsets, and habits that will get you to that level and keep you there for years to come.
What if I don't have time?

It’s my job to help you maximize whatever time you do have. If you have 15 minutes to do a workout, it is my job to figure out how to get you the biggest benefit for that 15 minutes. If you have four hours, same thing. If I do not feel like it is realistic to achieve your set goal in the timeframe we set out with the time you have to dedicate to the program, I will tell you that up front and provide recommendations.

I have never tried an online program before. Will it work for me?
My Coaching program has been set up to get incredible results for its members with minimal fuss! Gone are the days of only having a 1-on-1 in-person option. At a fingertip, you will have nutrition and training programs, and I’ll always be only a message away from supporting YOU! My Check-Ins are very in-depth. Every exercise is pre-recorded (no more second-guessing your technique).
What if I don’t have access to a gym?
I customize your workouts to whatever equipment you have access to. The key is the method, not the exercises, and you can get those results with a gym setting, bands, a pair of dumbbells, or just your body weight. I’ve got clients achieving incredible results by just using their body weight at home.
Do you guarantee results?
Yes, if you implement the plan and check in on time weekly, I’ll let you stay in the program until you achieve your desired results. Like nature, the human mind, body, and spirit is too complex. I will do my very best, work within your preferences and research-based frameworks, and hold myself accountable by providing additional resources and sessions if achieving your goal takes longer than anticipated.
How much is the program?
I don’t discuss costs until our consultation call as prices may change in the future, but it does depend on what it is you exactly need and how long you need to be coached to achieve the goal you have in mind! I can’t help everyone, nor do I want everyone’s money if I’m not going to give them great results, so the way these calls work is how we figure out what you need specifically to hit your goals and offer you help with what you need. If we feel like we’re not the best to help you out, we’ll refer you to someone we think could serve you better!
I travel a lot, can I still do the program?

Yes, I believe that’s the purpose of online training, that you can train whenever you want and wherever you want, not bound to time or trainer availability. I provide you with everything you need to achieve the result, no matter where you are located in the world.

Do I have to cut out any food or alcohol?
You will never turn down a social event! My 1–1 online coaching promotes a flexible dieting approach, we might limit a few things (if you need them) but never completely cut out. The only exception to this is if it’s causing problems and/or medical conditions that need to be taken care of. Alcohol on the other hand is a toxin and I will never promote this. That said, let’s just say some of my clients don’t cut it out and still get phenomenal results.
I am a complete beginner, can you still help me?
My programs are tailored for all levels, from people who have never exercised before to advanced lifters who need further expertise to achieve their goals or just don’t want to do the planning and programming part themselves, and trust me to guide them.
What if I am not complying with what you teach me? 

As a trainer, I take full responsibility for non-compliance. If a client is not complying with a set approach, that means that approach is either too difficult or not aligned with the 3 Ps and one thing that set the foundation to the work we do. In turn, it is on me to meet you where you are at and make adjustments. Any approach that fits in the time boundaries of the client’s life, is aligned with his or her purpose, and has the right level of difficulty will be complied with 100% of the time. It is my job to work with you and find what that entails.
